You will lead our internal development team and collaborate with offshore teams to optimize costs and drive efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of Mooney Bird, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with offshore development teams to maximize cost efficiency and productivity.
- Integrate advanced AI technologies into the product to enhance its capabilities.
- Ensure the product meets high standards of performance, security, and user satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in leading engineering teams, preferably in SaaS or AI-driven product development.
- Strong technical background in AI, software architecture, and scalable systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams and manage outsourcing partnerships.
