我們正在尋找一位有衝勁的業務拓展專員,幫助我們在香港地產市場擴展業務。在這個職位中,您既要負責開發新客戶,也要維護現有的客戶關係。這是一個全職工作,您將參與我們地產行業的創新,目標是在第一年內讓客戶數量增加25%。

 

工作內容

業務拓展

  • 開發新客戶:尋找並確保新的客戶,幫助我們在一年內將客戶增加25%。
  • 銷售管理:和高級業務拓展經理一起,負責從找到潛在客戶到簽單的全過程。

潛在客戶開發(尋找新客戶)

  • 參加活動:積極參加商業活動(例如BNI和地產商會等),建立合作夥伴關係。
  • 親自拜訪:走訪香港各大地產代理公司,介紹和銷售我們的產品和服務。

客戶維護(保持客戶聯繫)

  • 管理潛在客戶:有效管理市場推廣帶來的潛在客戶,並促成合作。
  • 追加銷售:發掘現有客戶中的追加銷售機會,提升客戶參與度並增加收入。

銷售活動

  • 顧問式銷售:成為客戶信賴的顧問,幫助他們找到符合需求的解決方案。
  • 收集客戶反饋:與客戶保持溝通,根據他們的意見幫助提升我們的系統、品牌和數碼營銷服務。

 

職位要求

  • 中學畢業,持有有至少 2 年銷售、業務拓展、客戶服務或地產行業經驗(應屆大學畢業生也可以申請)。
  • 願意參加商業活動,公司會提供全額補貼。
  • 有數碼營銷或地產行業經驗者優先考慮。
  • 擁有良好的人際溝通能力,並且樂於與團隊合作,具備積極主動的工作態度。
  • 能夠獨立工作,具備自我管理能力。
  • 精通廣東話、普通話及英語。
  • 熟悉 Microsoft Excel 和 PowerPoint。

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to spearhead our market expansion in the highly competitive real estate sector of Hong Kong. In this dual-role position, you will act as both a ‘hunter’ for new accounts and a ‘farmer’ for nurturing existing relationships. This full-time, on-site role offers the opportunity to be part of a revolution in real estate engagement, aiming to grow our client base by 25% within the first year.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

  • New Account Acquisition: Identify and secure new business accounts to increase the client base by 25% within the first year.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Collaborate with the Senior Business Development Manager to oversee the sales cycle from prospecting through to deal closure.

Prospecting (Hunter Role):

  • Networking: Engage actively in business associations such as BNI to create strategic partnerships.
  • Direct Outreach: Personally visit real estate agencies across Hong Kong to promote and sell our innovative solutions.

Prospect Engagement (Farmer Role):

  • Lead Management: Efficiently manage and nurture leads from the marketing funnel to ensure conversion.
  • Opportunistic Upselling: Identify and leverage opportunities to upsell additional services, enhancing client engagement and revenue.

Sales Activities:

  • Consultative Pitching: Position yourself as a trusted advisor, aligning our solutions with clients’ strategic needs.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze feedback to enhance our offerings, focusing on system development, branding, and digital marketing.

 

Qualifications

  • HKCEE/HKDSE with at least 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales and Marketing, Client Servicing, or Real Estate (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Enthusiasm to participate in networking events, with full subsidy provided.
  • Knowledge of the Digital Marketing and Real Estate industries is advantageous.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Self-motivated, able to operate independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
